Great product to help with recovery/repair post long workouts, especially when back to back. Chocolate flavour tastes good too.

This is good stuff

Good flavor and seems to reduce recovery time and fatigue after a hard ride.
Much easier on the stomach than some other recovery drinks

The chocolate flavour is good, not overpowering. I have this drink ready and cold for me when I get back. It fills me up post run

It tastes really good. I’ve mixed it with water, but my favourite is with almond milk. So delicious 😋

Never having used a drinkable nutrition before, I didn’t know what to expect with Gruppo Repair but, as my friend raved about it, it was the first one I went to. It has been tremendous in aiding recovery after long rides and hard pushes on both mtb and gravel rides. My muscles aren’t as sore as I was used to prior to Repair and my hunger after a ride is manageable and not so urgent when I have Repair on board

I swim in a later evening timeslot and have no desire to eat food that late, but I need to recover! This stuff hydrates me and doesn’t upset my stomach, setting me up for more workouts the next day,

I use it after every ride or race. I don’t always use full scoops, depending how hard the ride was.

Great taste.
