My husband suffered serious internal injuries in a motorcycle accident. He lost 35 lbs and all muscle tone in 8 weeks being fed by IV. He couldn't have food at the 8 week so I heard about gruppo and started making shakes. He gas gain 10Lbs at week 11 and muscle. Its an amazing product!

Raw is great!

I’ve been using Raw every morning for almost a year. I’ve built a lot of lean muscle mass during this time. I’ve tried the chocolate and the vanilla with water, orange juice, or a mix of the two and it tastes great. It mixes easily. Best protein powder!
