I use this protein in my recovery shakes for the last 3 years and I feel awesome. The taste is awesome, and it’s very easy to digest, no heavy feeling after. I highly recommended it to all athletes.
The nutrition is amazing but this is the third flavour I’ve tried and I do not like and of them. My husband and friend on the other hand think they are great. Maybe an unflavoured version?
