Each year, Gruppo Ristoratori Italiani (GRI) hosts the annual Vino e Cucina Event to support the fundraising efforts that provide scholarships to culinary and hospitality students from across the United States. A ticket to Vino e Cucina is your entry to a relaxing evening spent strolling around the beautiful ballroom of Gotham Hall, while you taste some of the finest Italian Cuisine and Wine, talk to the Chefs as they prepare their delicacies for you, and participate in the auction offering some amazing products, cooking classes and dining experiences.

Each year Gruppo Ristoratori Italiani partners with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to offer the Giacomo Bologna Scholarship to students in culinary and hospitality programs across the United States. The students experience an intensive educational food and wine trip through a region of Italy.
